Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs & National Tourist Board Engage Management of Radisson Blu and Bintumani Hotels

As part of their routine monitoring and supervision of tourism establishments operating in the country,
Senior management of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs and the National Tourist Board on Thursday 7th December 2023 engaged with the management of both Radisson Blu and Bintumani Hotels.

The meeting sought to address concerns raised from previous quality control and standard inspections conducted by the NTB and to ensure that products and services are upgraded to meet the standards expected of private sector operatives in the industry.

A clear understanding of government’s position regarding maintenance of standards were acknowledged by the Management of Bintumani and Radisson, for which they are expected to comply fully.

The delegation was led by the Minister, Mrs. Nabeela Tunis, other staff including the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Kadijatu Grace Kamara, the Permanent Secretary, Edward Kwame Yankson, the Director of Tourism, Mohamed Jalloh, the General Manager of the National Tourist Board, Fatmata Hamid Carew were all part of the deliberations.
