MTCA & Agencies wrap Service Excellence Training Workshop

After 5 impactful days, the Service Excellence Training for frontline workers in Tourism & Hospitality concludes at the Lungi International Airport Hotel

Over the past week, participants explored key skills to improve customer care & strengthen Sierra Leone’s hospitality industry. From conflict resolution to telephone etiquette, the workshop has built confidence & professionalism among frontline staff.

The final day ended with a brief but colorful closing ceremony. Officials highlighted the importance of frontline workers as the face of Sierra Leone, their service is key to shaping visitors’ experiences.

The Ministry of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, with support from the World Bank SLEDP, remains committed to building capacity, improving service delivery & showcasing Sierra Leone as a destination of choice.
