On Friday, 7th September, a delegation from the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs traveled to Conakry, Guinea, to attend the first edition of the Nimba Reggae Festival.
The event delivered electrifying performances from both Guinean and international artists, establishing itself as a true celebration of Reggae music. Headliners included Richie Spice, Kymani Marley, Guinea’s own Takana Zion, and several other renowned Reggae stars
This visit aligns with preparations for the One Nation Reggae Festival, to be hosted by the Ministry in November, providing an opportunity to promote the much-anticipated event.
As the Year of Ecotourism campaign continues, the Ministry reaffirms its commitment to building cultural and tourism connections, not only within Sierra Leone but across borders.
