Nabeela Farida Tunis, Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, has been honored with two continental accolades, Best Minister of Tourism in Africa and recognition among the Top 100 Travel and Tourism Personalities in Africa. The awards were originally presented in Nigeria at the 21st AKWAABA African Travel Market.
Minister Tunis, officially received the honors in Freetown during a press briefing organized by the Ministry and its agencies at the Ministry’s headquarters on King Harman Road in Freetown.
